Drag it Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Drag it Walk.
Head - light dip out and down on the down contact position
Chest - light up stretch on the middle contact position
Hips - rotate to offset the chest with light up down to deeper up down
Legs - low medium side steps
Feet - rotate back with a light toe flop front foot rotates forward with a little toe settle
Arms - Left arm Dragging behind, Right arm pumping forward
Hand - Left hand light rotate to keep the pole on the ground Right hand overlaps the movement of the forearm
