Head - minimal up and down bob
Chest - twists and sways side to side
Hips - extra side to side sway and rotate to offset the chest
Legs - low small steps
Feet - rotate back on the passing position with a minimal toe flop
Arms - light swing with overlapping forearm
Hands - delayed swing from the movement of the forearm extending into the fingers and thumbs
