Workout Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Workout Walk.
Head - pulls in and drops out
Chest - light side to side twist and sway, with a little extra bounce
Hips - rotate to offset the chest and favor the next step
Legs - low medium steps
Feet - rotated outward, drag back on the passing position with a little toe flop
Arms - pump up and down, with a little swing
Hands - clench the weights and overlap from the swing of the arms and forearms
