Today's Walk is a Back Scoot Walk.
Head - light bounce and stretch
Chest - minimal compress and release
Hips - rotate to offset the chest and favor the next step
Legs - low medium steps
Feet - drag down on the passing position low toe flop
Arms - lay flat and drag behind light side to side sway
Hands - drag along the ground follow the movement of the arm and forearm light sway extending into the fingers
