Head - light bob up on the passing position
Chest - bent inward light compress and release
Hips - twist to favor the next step rotate to offset the chest
Legs - bent inward low steps
Feet - rotated inward rotate back on the passing position light toe flop
Arms - bent inward cradling the crotch
Hands - cupping the injured groin light compress and release on the fingers
