Shove Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Shove Walk.
Head - pressed against, light compress and lean forward
Chest - pressing against the block, light compress on the abdomen
Hips - rotate to offset the chest, extra overlap and delay
Legs - push the movement forward, low medium steps
Feet - drag back and flop, with overlap on the toe
Arms - bent inward, light sway and keep alive
Hands - loose clench, light overlap and sway, following the movement of the arms and forearms
