Duck Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Duck Walk.
Head - light pull up then tip out and down and back to settle
Chest - puffed out and bent over light twists to offset the hips
Hips - rotated out excess sway and rotate with downs on the passing position
Legs - bent leg medium steps
Feet - rotate back on the passing position then heel roll on the contact and flop with a delayed toe
Arms - back against the body light swing
Hands - fanned out with a light sway following the arms
