Today's Walk is a Stuck Foot Walk.
Head - pulls away from the body and drags back
Chest - strains away from the foot then pulls back
Hips - arc away from the stuck foot then revert then arc away even farther
Legs - Left leg bending Right leg emphasizing the strain by the straight leg
Feet - Left foot firmly planted Right foot trying to move excess ball roll
Arms - slow swing back quick swing forward
Hands - overlap and drag from the movement of the arms
