Bobbing Sway Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Bobbing Sway Walk.
Head - light bounce and side to side twist
Chest - bent inward extra side to side twist and sway
Hips - down on the passing position extra side to side lean and rotate
Legs - small low steps
Feet - rotated slightly outward drag back on the passing position with a little toe flop
Arms - held out extra swing side to side
Hands - light clench overlap the swing of the arm and forearm
