Today's Walk is a Please Walk.
Head - light lift up and settle
Chest - puffed out and pulled back minimal compression and twist
Hips - low to the ground rotate and twist to favor the next move
Legs - kneel and scoot
Feet - toe roll back with extra toe drag on the passing position
Arms - reaching out raise up and settle
Hands - cupped together drag and overlap the movement of the arms light extend into the fingers
