Bounce Step Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Bounce Step Walk.
Head - light bounce and dip on the passing position
Chest - bent inward light compress and twist side to side
Hips - bounce on the passing position twist to offset the chest and rotate to favor the next step
Legs - medium high steps
Feet - drag back and flop down toes drag and overlap
Arms - medium swing
Hands - loose clench overlapping the swing of the arm and forearm
