Hand Support Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Hand Support Walk.
Head - medium jut out and down
Chest - puffed out and bent down, extra side to side twist and compress
Hips - overlap and drag from the movement of the chest
Legs - light sway, delayed from the movement of the hips
Feet - medium sway overlapping the movement of the legs and shins extending into the toes
Arms - prop the body up, low medium movements
Hands - pressed against the ground, drag back on the passing position, land with a little flop and overlap on the fingers and thumbs

Today's Walk is an Arm Sway Walk.
Head - light tip and sway side to side
Chest - side to side twist and sway, light compress
Hips - rotate to offset the chest, extra sway
Legs - bent inward, low small steps
Feet - drag back on the passing position, land with a little toe flop
Arms - hang down behind the back, with a little sway side to side
Hands - drag down, overlap the sway of the arms and forearms extending into the fingers and thumbs

Today's Walk is a Sling Walk.
Head - light dip down
Chest - hung down, extra side to side twist and stretch
Hips - light bounce, rotate to offset the chest
Legs - swing overlapping and dragging from the movement of the hips
Feet - overlap and drag from the sway of the legs and shins extending into the toes
Arms - hold the body up, medium movements, right arm leads
Hands - clench the bars, dip down and back on the passing position, grasp with overlap on the fingers and thumbs

Today's Walk is a Grasp Walk.
Head - leaned forward, light dip and sway
Chest - bent over, slight compress and twist
Hips - favor the left side, rotate to offset the chest
Legs - low medium steps
Feet - drag back on the passing position, land with a little toe flop
Arms - left arm hangs down with a little swing, right arm held out and pulls in
Hands - left hand follows the swing of the arm and forearm extending into the fingers and thumbs, right hand held out then clasps together and pulls inward

Today's Walk is a Scaling Walk.
Head - light tip forward and out
Chest - bent over, compresses and twists side to side
Hips - rotate to offset the chest, light up and down
Legs - low medium steps
Feet - drag back on the passing position land with a little toe flop
Arms - bent, medium long movements
Hands - hold the rope, raise up and out on the passing position then clasp back, with overlap on the fingers and thumbs

Chest - puffs out and sinks inward, extra side to side compress and twist
Hips - light up and down, rotate to offset the chest and allow for the next step
Legs - right leg leads, low medium steps
Feet - pull up on the passing position, land with a little side flop and overlap on the toe
Arms - prop the body up, low small movements delayed from the movement of the legs
Hands - press against the ground, drag back on the passing position and land with a little flop and overlap on the fingers

Head - light did down and out
Chest - puffed out, light compress and twist side to side
Hips - rotate to offset the chest with a little extra swing, dip down on the passing position
Legs - low small steps
Feet - drag back on the passing position, land with a little toe flop
Arms - crossed with a little keep alive starting at the shoulder
Hand - flopped over and under the other arm, light keep alive overlapping the movement of the arm

Hips - rotate to offset the chest and favor the next step
Legs - low small steps
Feet - extra ball roll, drag back on the passing position land with a quick toe flop
Arms - left arm, light swing, right arm held out with a little keep alive
Hands - left hand follows and overlaps the swing of the arm, right hand holds the pendulum, light keep alive overlapping the movement of the arm and forearm
Pendulum - overlaps the movement of the hand, with successive light breaking of joints

Head - Drags back from the sway of the chest
Chest - dips down and drags from movement of the roll
Hips - light dip down and up, rotate to offset the chest
Legs - light lift up on the upside down position
Feet - rotate back on the lift position, extra toe roll
Arms - reach out, light lift up
Hands - press against the sides, light raise and drag then press back down

Head - bent down, drags then pulls up
Chest - bent over, light compress then reverse
Hips - rotate to offset the chest and allow for the spine reversal
Legs - low small steps
Feet - drag back on the passing position, land with a little toe flop
Arms - drag down and pull back, then raise and flop upward
Hands - clench the weight, drag back and flop forward




Glide Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Glide Walk.
Head - leaned forward, light side to side twist and sway
Chest - stretched out and up, light side to side sway and twist
Hips - overlap and drag from the sway of the chest, extending into the legs
Legs - drag and sway from the movement of the hips, light dip and bounce
Feet - overlap from the movement of the legs extending into the toes
Arms - outstretched, light sway and tip side to side
Hands - reach out, overlap the movement of the arms and forearms extending into the fingers and thumbs

Chest - bent inward, pulls back on the passing position
Hips - rotate to offset the chest and allow for the next step

Feet - drag down and back with a little swing out on the passing position, toes overlap
Arms - medium high upward movements, swing out and upward on the passing position
Hands - grasp the pole, drag back on the passing position with a bit of overlap and drag on the fingers and thumbs

Arms - bent up and inward, light keep alive
Hands - grasp and push the cart, light sway with a bit of clench and release on the fingers

Head - looking back, slower head shakes
Chest - compressed on the right side, light squash and stretch
Hips - open to camera, slight up and down and rotate to offset the chest
Legs - right leg leads, left leg drags behind
Feet - right foot lifts and pulls back with a little toe overlap, left foot drags behind with a little rotate and toe keep alive
Arms - left arm out stretched, light shakes, right arm held up and inward with a little bit of shake
Hands - open palms,  left hand shakes slower than the right both overlap the movement of the arms and forearms extending into the fingers and thumbs
