Back It Up Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Back It Up Walk.
Head - falls forward and pulls back, overlap and drag on the chin
Chest - light puff out, extra side to side twist and compress
Hips - rotate to offset the chest, extra side to side sway
Legs - low, medium gait steps
Feet - light rotate outward, drag back and flop up on the passing position with a little toe overlap
Arms - minimal swing, with extra up and down
Hands - loose clench, overlap and drag from the raise and lower of the arms and forearms
