Scooch Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Scooch Walk.
Head - lean and tilt inward with a light raise
Chest - crouched over, pulls back and leans inward
Hips - rotated open to camera, twist to offset the chest and favor the next step
Legs - low medium side steps, right leg leads
Feet - drag back on the passing position with a little toe flop
Arms - held outward in front and in back with a light swing and sway
Hands - open palm, overlap and drag from the swing and sway of the arms and forearms extending into the fingers

Swish Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Swish Walk.
Head - light side to side tilt with a bit of up and down bounce
Chest - puffed out with side to side twist and squish
Hips - rotate to offset the chest with a bit of squash and stretch
Legs - medium low steps
Feet - extra ball and heel roll, drag back on the passing position with foot and toe flop
Arms - medium wide swing
Hands - loose clench, overlap and drag from the swing of the arms and forearms
