Butts Up Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Butts Up Walk.
Head - light up and down and side to side
Chest - puffed out and bent over extra side to side and twist
Hips - bent down with the butt rotated up twists and sways to offset the chest and keep balance
Legs - low semi-wide steps
Feet - rotate back on the passing position little toe flop
Arms - bent in and up near the chest light compress and release on the swing
Hands - fists overlap and drag from the swing of the arm and forearm
