Butt Scoot Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Butt Scoot Walk.
Head - light dip down and pull up
Chest - bent inward, light pull in and stretch out
Hips - delayed with a slight recoil
Legs - medium scoot and drag steps
Feet - lean forward after the legs, then pull back, light overlap on the toe
Arms - rest in front of the chest and hips, light raise and pull forward
Hands - rest on the ground, drag back on the passing position with overlap and keep alive on the fingers
