Today's Walk is a Spare Tire Walk.
Head - minute head jut outward and relax
Chest - extra thick, light squash and stretch extra side to side twist
Hips - rotate to offset the chest
Legs - low medium steps
Feet - spread apart, heavy toe flop
Arms - perched up and outward near the upper chest
Hands - light overlapping swing extending into the fingers
