Upward Scale Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is an Upward Scale Walk.
Head - hung down, light dip and drag
Chest - leaned over, drags down, light side to side squash and twist
Hips - lift up, rotate to offset the chest and allow for the next step
Legs - medium low steps
Feet - drag down on the passing position, land with a little overlap on the toes
Arms - prop the body up, low medium upward movements
Hands - press flat against the wall, drag down on the passing position land with a little overlap on the fingers
