Big Boy Walk - Walk a Day

Today's walk is a Big Boy Walk (inspired by the wonderful Dick Tracy Villain)
Head - Bobs a bit with each step
Chest - bent inward gives a little to allow for breathing
Hips - move downward on the contact frame
Legs - constantly bent with a higher than normal foot drop before the contact frame
Feet - pound a bit heavy with each step with a smattering of heel roll and toe roll to loosen them up
Arms - stay bent for the majority of the movement with a little overlap and slight break
Hands - slight overlap and follow through
