Head - pulls back then flops forward
Chest - puffed out, puffs out and pulls back further then flops forward
Hips - light up and down with an overall downward slope
Legs - medium low steps
Feet - rotate back on the passing position with a light toe flop
Arms - minimal swing close to the chest
Hands - delayed from the swing of the arms extended into the fingers and thumbs
