Belly Pain Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Belly Pain Walk
Head - focused forward  with a light tilt inward and down
Chest - puffed out belly light compress on the passing position
Hips - follow the sway of the belly twist to accentuate the next step
Legs - slower low steps knees slightly bent inward
Feet - rotate favored inward rotate back on the passing position medium toe flop
Arms -bent inward to support the belly
Hands - cradling the belly light movement up and down and finger clasp
