Vanilla Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Vanilla Walk.
Head - jutted forward light, minimal bounce
Chest - bent inward, light compress and twist side to side
Hips - rotate to offset the chest, extra side to side sway
Legs - low small steps
Feet - drag back on the passing position, land with a little toe flop
Arms - hang down with a medium swing
Hands - dangle downward, overlap and drag from the sway of the arms and forearms extending into the fingers and thumbs
