Balance Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Balance Walk.
Head - light tip and sway side to side
Chest - puffed out, light compress and sway side to side
Hips - rotate and twist to offset the chest
Legs - low, small-wide steps
Feet - swing out and flop down with a little toe overlap
Arms - hang down with a light side to side swing
Hands - clench the pole, light dip and sway overlapping the movement of the arms
