Today's Walk is an Anxious Walk.
Head - slows out and eases into a lowered neck and head
Chest - caved inward and caves further inward
Hips - offset the chest with a light sway side to side on the passing position
Legs - low barely lift off the ground steps
Feet - rotate back on the passing position slight toe flop
Arms - cradling each other offering comfort light swing inward
Hands - grip the opposing arm tighter
