Vitality Walk - Walk a Day

Today's walk is a Vitality Walk!
Head - pulls down a bit on the up position
Chest - slight rotate in conjunction with the hips to keep it alive and simulate breathing
Hips - bouncy lowest point before the high passing position
Legs - lots of straights on the contact and passing postion
Feet - toes broken to add extra flop rotate pushed
Arms - completely broken forearm leads the action
Hands - overlap and follow through from the arms
