Today's Walk is a Broom Walk.
Head - leaned forward with a light bounce
Chest - bent inward and forward, light compress and release
Hips - extra bounce and rotate to offset the chest
Legs - relaxed hang down, light bounce and drag
Feet - delayed bounce from the movement of the leg and shin
Arms - held forward, light keep alive
Hands - grip the broom, light keep alive and tighten on the grip
