Stay Balanced Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Stay Balanced Walk.
Head - leaned back neck with a light tilt forward on the head.
Chest - pulled back light twists on the passing position
Hips - pushed forward further than the chest to offset the balance
Legs - low medium steps
Feet - wider gait feet rotated out slightly rotate back on the passing position with a light toe flop on the contact
Arms - out stretched with a minimal bounce up and down on the passing position
Hands - light bounce overlapping the movement of the arms extending out into the fingers
