Today's Walk is a Strangle Walk.
Head - pulls back with a light flop forward
Chest - slight cave inward minimal compress and release
Hips - light up and down overall drag down
Legs - low small slow steps
Feet - rotated inward rotate back on the passing position little toe flop
Arms - up around the chest and neck small bounce and twist
Hands - clamped tightly around the neck and other hand with a bit of clench
