Tired Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Tired Walk.
Head - dragging down light raise on the passing position
Chest - caved inward and down slight compression and twist on the passing position
Hips - pushed down rotate to offset the chest and favor the next step
Legs - low medium stride extra bent legs
Feet - drag and rotate back on the passing position light toe flop
Arms - minimal swing drag along the ground
Hands - follow the swing of the arm light finger drag
