Hand Balance Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Hand Balance Walk.
Head - light pull up on the passing position
Chest - puffed out and pulled back light side to side twist and sway
Hips - rotate to offset the chest
Legs - small swing and extend
Feet - delay and overlap from the swing of the shin
Arms - bend and stretch to push the chest up and forward
Hands - rotate back and flop forward
