Gentle Sway Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Gentle Sway.
Head - light raise and dip
Chest - light puff out, extra side to side sway and compress
Hips - extra rotate to favor the next step, twist to offset the chest
Legs - low, medium long steps
Feet - drag back on the passing position with a little toe flop
Arms - bent upward with a little swing
Hands - relaxed dangle downward, sway to overlap the movement of the arms and forearms extending into the fingers
