Upside Down Crawl Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is an Upside Down Crawl Walk.
Head -  light bounce and sway side to side
Chest - extra side to side twist and sway
Hips - rotate to offset the chest, light up and down and twist to favor the next step
Legs - bent, low medium steps, extra knee twist
Feet - extra ball roll, drag back on the passing position with a little toe overlap
Arms - lead the action, extra swing down on the passing position
Hands - drag back and flop forward extra overlap on the fingers
