Sling Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Sling Walk.
Head - light dip down
Chest - hung down, extra side to side twist and stretch
Hips - light bounce, rotate to offset the chest
Legs - swing overlapping and dragging from the movement of the hips
Feet - overlap and drag from the sway of the legs and shins extending into the toes
Arms - hold the body up, medium movements, right arm leads
Hands - clench the bars, dip down and back on the passing position, grasp with overlap on the fingers and thumbs
