Hop Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Hop Walk.
Head - bounce and dip downward, chin drags and overlaps
Chest - bent inward, light pull back and compress
Hips - rotate to offset the chest, extra up and down
Legs - small quick bounce
Feet - extra ball roll and settle, drag back on up position, land with a light toe flop
Arms - bent inward, minimal swing and drag on the up position
Hands - light clench, drag and overlap from the swing and drop of the arms and forearms
