Full Belly Walk - Walk a Day
Today's Walk is a Full Belly Walk.
Head - light bounce
Chest - puffed out and leaned forward light twist and compress
Hips - lead the action light rotate on the passing position
Legs - low medium steps
Feet - rotate back on the passing position medium toe flop
Arms - Left arm light swing Right arm leaned against the belly small swing
Hands - Left hand overlaps and drags from the swing of the arm and forearm Right hand light belly rub overlapping the swing of the arm
