Bowling Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Bowling Walk.
Head - pulls back, leans forward and settles
Chest - puffed out, flops inward and pulls back
Hips - rotate to offset the chest, drops down on the passing position
Legs - low medium steps
Feet - lightly rotated outward, drag back on the passing position with a little toe flop
Arms - Left arm hangs down with a little swing, Right arm raises up, pulls back and flings forward
Hands - Left hand overlaps from the swing of the arm and forearm, Right hand holds the ball, overlaps back and swings forward following the movement of the arm and forearm extending into the fingers
