Leg Balance Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Leg Balance Walk.
Head - flop side to side overlapping the movement of the chest
Chest - curved inward and to the side light compress and release
Hips - extra up and down rotate and twists to offset the chest and the legs
Legs - left leg light hop right leg push and settle light up and down
Feet - left food drag down and flop extra ball roll right foot drags and overlaps the movement of the leg
Arms - outstretched to help maintain balance light up and down
Hands - drag and follow the movement of the arm extended into the fingers
