Toe Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Toe Walk.
Head - focused straight forward with a light dip down throughout
Chest - puffed out with extra side to side twist
Hips - rotate to favor the next prominent step and offset the chest
Legs - bent with low small steps
Feet - excess ball roll feet never fully touch the ground rotate back on the passing position
Arms - medium swing minimal forearm swing
Hands - drag that extends to the fingers and thumbs
