Choke Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Choke Walk.
Head - pulls back, tips up and mouth drops on 12s
Chest - pulls back slightly on the passing position
Hips - sway side to side with each step and rotate to offset the hips
Legs - medium even steps
Feet - rotate back and plop into place with a little toe flop
Arms - Left arm pulling at right arm down and away Right arm pulling down and away on the neck
Hands - Left hand grasps right forearm and pulls down and away Right hand grips tight around the neck and releases slightly
