Gaze Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Gaze Walk.
Head - held back and upward, light tip forward
Chest - puffed out, light side to side compress
Hips - light side to side sway and offset the rotation of the chest
Legs - low, small steps
Feet - drag back on the passing position with a little toe overlap
Arms - Left arm held up near the head, light sway and keep alive, Right arm hangs down with a little sway
Hands - Left hand shields and guides the gaze, Right hand hangs downward overlaps and drag from the sway of the arm and forearm
