Plow Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Plow Walk.
Head - light bounce and dip
Chest - slightly puffed out light side to side sway, twist and compress
Hips - rotate to offset the chest and favor the next step
Legs - medium low steps
Feet - drag back on the passing position light toe flop
Arms - held out to the sides minimal swing
Hands - hold the plow, light clench on the hand, minimal sway following the movement of the arms
