Hop Spin Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Hop Spin Walk.
Head - stretches up and squashes down, overlap and dip on the chin
Chest - light puff out, extra stretch and squash
Hips - rotate to offset the chest, light delay
Legs - low small hop steps
Feet - drag back on the passing position, extra ball roll, light toe overlap and flop
Arms - held up near the chest, light drag down and flop
Hands - light clench, extra flop overlapping the movement of the arms, forearms and shoulders
