Gnarled Walk - Walk A Day

Today's Walk is a Gnarled Walk.
Head - bent over, light lift and drop
Chest - curled over, light side to side sway and twist
Hips - rotate to offset the chest, light up and down
Legs - low, medium long steps
Feet - drag back on the passing position with a little toe flop
Arms - relaxed bend downward with a light sway
Hands - hang down, minimal sway overlapping the movement of the arms and forearms extending into the fingers and thumbs
