Air Swim Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is an Air Swim Walk.
Head - lowers and raises on 12s
Chest - puffed out and compress and release with a light side to side twist
Hips -minimal bounce in both rotate and translate
Legs - circular push to propel the movement
Feet - rotate up and back with a delay on the toe
Arms - push down and out to push the body forward
Hands - overlap and drag from the movement of the arm extending into the fingers
