Back Up Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Back Up Walk.
Head - light tip inward and out
Chest - small puff out twists and sways to allow for the swing of the arms
Hips - rotate to offset the chest light sway side to side
Legs - high medium steps
Feet - drag down and flip back extra toe flop
Arms - extra flick swing overlapping forearms
Hands - fists overlap and drag from the swing of the arm and forearm
