Toss Back Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Toss Back Walk!
Head - bobs on half the timing of the rest of the walk
Chest - light in and out movement
Hips - a little bouncy up and down with rotate
Legs - little bouncy steps
Feet - back rotate with floppy toes
Arms - circular chuck movements with follow through left and right during the toss
Hands - overlap the movement of the arms and pull back and follow through on the toss
