Side Sway Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Side Sway Walk.
Head - light dip down and swing over
Chest- bent inward extra side to side rotate and twist
Hips - slight up and down rotate to offset the chest
Legs - wide spread medium side steps
Feet - rotated out drag back on the passing position low toe flop
Arms - small swing raised up and out
Hands - raised up overlap and drag from the sway of the arms and forearms
