Head - light bounce and dip
Chest - extra side to side sway and twist
Hips - extra swingy, overlap the movement of the chest
Legs - low small steps, medium gait
Feet - drag back on the passing position land with a little toe flop
Arms - swing out to the sides, light dip on the passing position
Hands - loose clench, overlap and drag from the swing and dip of the arms and forearms extending into the fingers





Fancy Hands Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Fancy Hands Walk.
Head - light tip down and inward
Chest - puffed out, light compress and release
Hips - rotate to offset the chest, twist to favor the next step
Legs - low medium side steps, left leg leads
Feet - drag back on the passing position, land with a little toe flop
Arms - held outward, light tip and bounce
Hands - extra shake and bounce, overlap and drag on the fingers and thumbs

Hips - light up and down, drop then wiggle
Legs - medium wide gait, low medium steps
Feet - light rotate outward, drag back on the passing position land with a little toe flop
Arms - flexed out and up, light jiggle and bounce
Hands - loose clench overlap and drag from the jiggle of the arms and forearms extending into the fingers

Arms - stretched up, stretch out and up further
Hands - raised, lift higher overlapping from the movement of the arms and forearms

Arms - prop the body upward, and lead the movement forward
Hands - flat on the ground, drag upward and curl in, then overlap and flop down

Feet - rotate back on the passing position with a little toe flop on the contact
Arms - left arm hangs down and back with a little swing, right arm held up, light keep alive and raise,
Hands - left hand hangs down with a little sway overlapping and dragging from the movement of the arm and forearm, right hand holds the hammer, light dip down and raise up with a bit of a tighter clench on the fingers
