Today's Walk is a Quick Walk.
Head - light tip inward
Chest - puffed outward light sway and compress side to side
Hips - small up and down, extra rotate and twist to favor the next step
Legs - medium fast steps
Feet - drag back on the passing position, light toe flop
Arms - bent inward medium swing
Hands - light clench, overlap and drag from the swing of the arm and forearm
