Today's walk is a Dribble Walk.
Head - looking side to side
Chest - puffs in and out
Hips - rotated downward slight up and down and rotate to offset the hips
Legs - bent with a wide gait
Feet - rotated outward little bit of heel and toe flop
Arms - left out to protect rotates toward the chest and away right rotates up and down to allow for the ball bounce
Hands - left rotates in and out to overlap the arm thumb and fingers slightly drag right hands rotate and follow through with the ball to allow for a bit of force to push the ball downward fingers drag and overlap
